Medical conferences are quite an undertaking. Dozens of staff humming around to make sure that the doctors, attendees, and visitors all have the best experience possible. Hematologic Malignancies 2009 conference was in Brussels and having signage and booth graphics produced in Europe is a bit harder than driving down the street to have them done. The website had to be all that as well. Reflect the serious nature of the conference and it’s sponsors. All the while looking medical, technical, scientific and keeping a human element. Oh, and be eye catching and welcoming too. (We do want people to sign up and come to the conference.) Fortunately, with all the pros working together on this job, it all went off without a hitch.
